If you have not already done so, you must register with the ACJIC at Alabama Gov You cannot upload files to ACJIC unless you are registered.
You can do the setup yourself following the steps below or you can contact our help desk toll free at 855-937-2466 at your convenience and we will do the setup for you. It should take approximately 15 minutes. If you are already registered, this is the information supplied to us by ACJIC.

Location Code: 4 digits provided by ACJIC
Password: provided by ACJIC
This is the installation process:
- Download the latest leadsonline.app and save into the dragon folder on the server – Leadsonline.app
- Add Export Leadsonline to the user menu.
- Run Export Leadsonline from the user menu
- Choose Transfer Options and configure the screen as follows:
- Store ID – this will be an 8 digit number consisting of the combination of your 4 digit customer id and your 4 digit location code
- Export Folder – this can be any folder where you want to save the created files but there can be no spaces in the path name
- User Name – this will be scrap.alabama.gov|xxxx where xxxx is your customer id
- Password – this will be the ftp password supplied by ACJIC, not your website login password.
- ftp host name – this will always be scrap.alabama.gov
- Upload Method – this will always be Using an unsecure FTP site
- file name format – this will always be these exact characters(do not put your store id here):
(storeID)(DD)(MM)(YY).CSV
- Test the connection to the ftp site.
