Symptoms: Xlate start up error.
Cause: Xlate needs to be run as Administrator.
Resolution: Goto C:\windows\SysWOW64\ right click XlateApp choose properties, Compatibility tab and Check the Privilege Level check box “Run this program as an administrator”
