HOW TO SETUP SCRAP DRAGON FOR MICHIGAN SCRAP LAWS

The new Michagan scrap law takes effect as of July 1, 2014. Scrap Dragon versions 8.1 and later have the modifications required to comply with this law. We have two versions of the setup instructions depending on whether or not your yard has an ATM.
